The IDCA is governed by a Board of Directors who are elected by the members. The Board holds regular meetings throughout the year. Members are notified of upcoming meetings throughout the year.

All applications are reviewed by the IDCA’s Membership Committee, which makes recommendations to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors makes the final decision on all membership applications.
